Figurative Language⚡️

There are many figurative languages. But we studied only 4:

-METAPHOR: is the comparison between 2 things that are different, whitout using "like" or "as". Are hidden comparisons.

-SIMILE: compares two things using the words "like" or "as"

-PERSONIFICATION: gives humans characteriatics to inanimate objects, animals or ideas

- HYPERBOLE: exaggeration used for ephasis or effect 

IDIOM: group of words that cannot be understood merely by knowing the individual meaning of its elements. Its an expression that cannot be taking literally
